How To Get LAS Support

7 Support Options

1) Help Guide: On every module there is a "Start Help Guide" button that will walk you through on how that module works.

2) Video Tutorials: We have 3 sections of outsourced video tutorials that cover many aspects of the platform.

3) Weekly Calls: We have weekly office hour group calls on Tuesdays @ 2pm EST and Thursdays @ 7pm EST.

4) Send Video: You can send a video internally without installing any software by clicking on the "Submit Video" button on right side of the browser to submit a video or a screenshot.

5) Video Form: Click on Video Submit Form button below. This option is for Loom videos or other video hosted options.

7) Chat Support: Use support chat bubble below on the right of the screen. (Click Here)
